The Ultra Clean series is an economical flat surface cleaner providing the quality associated with Whisper Wash’s signature design features. The Ultra Clean Line is available in three different model designs; 16” or 19” Hover Cover or 19” With Wheels.
The 16’ Ultra Clean Hover Cover is constructed of aluminum and powder coated black to match the powder-coated handle. It has a heavy-duty nylon brush that helps provide a smooth floating action and helps eliminate overspray. The signature Whisper Wash machined and balanced spray bar rotates underneath, providing the pressure cleaning force. The Signature Whisper Wash Swivel with two self-lubricating twin thrust bearings provide the power. You can be assured you are realizing the value of a quality Professional Rotary Spray System.

Instructions for Operation
1. Connect to Pressure Washer.
2. Turn water on and open valve. Open trigger gun for flow of
water through nozzles. Nozzles must have flowing spray. If
not, remove tips and clean; reassemble, making sure that
groove of nozzle is parallel to spray bar. Use pipe dope
when installing nozzles.
3. Start Pressure Washer. The Surface Cleaner is ready for operation.
4. Walk slowly behind the Surface Cleaner, cleaning as you go.
If striping occurs, slow down your pace.
5. Check “weep holes” on top of swivel periodically. Water will
seep slowly; if water shoots out, stop and replace seals.
Swivel assembly can be rebuilt with WW311, Quick Change Re-
placement Cartridge.
6. For maximum effectiveness keep spray tips clean.
If the machine vibrates, stop and clean spray tips.
CAUTION: Striking any raised obstacle during operation will damage
machine. If contact does occur and results in vibration when operating
machine, STOP and replace spray bar. Continued operation could
result in serious injury or damage to machine.

Ultra Clean Handle Construction
The Ultra Clean’s handle is constructed of powder-coated aluminum and features easy handling attributes including quick connection fittings and a trigger gun control. Equipped with industrial gauge hosing, the Ultra Clean has a handle design that is responsive to either the floating action of the Hover Cover model or the pivoting rolling of the With Wheels model.

The Ultra Clean HC is designed with a heavy-duty nylon brush that hovers over flat surfaces as the 1/4 meg tips rotate underneath. With the signature balanced and machined spray bar of all Whisper Wash systems, you can be assured of smooth rotation resulting in efficient floating action.

Whisper Wash Offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
This machine is warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts that may prove defective in normal use within one year from the date of purchase.
In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for incidental nor consequential damages nor labor charges which shall result from any defect in the product or breach of this warranty. This warranty shall not apply to any part or parts which have been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, or misuse.
If any defect appears, immediately contact the dealer from which the unit was purchased. Returned units must be shipped to the manufacturer prepaid only.
A dated sales receipt with the serial number is required for all warranty claims.
